This page contains Aaron's most frequently asked questions, some of which require quite lengthy answers. They have been included here because they are not altogether necessary to be read through or aware of in order to utilize any of Aaron's services. However, if you have the inclination or opportunity to read through them, they can provide further background into Aaron's services and the philosophies and viewpoints upon which the foundation of his work and the Center for Light and Healing rest.

     Channeling is a process by which one allows spirits to utilize one's voice and body to communicate messages. A trance medium is simply a way to describe a person who channels. When Aaron channels, he enters a light trance or expanded state of consciousness but remains aware at all times. As he tunes into an entity's energy, he receives his or her thoughts, emotions, voice, and mannerisms, and together they translate these impressions into a message.

     A psychic medium is one who is able to communicate with the spirits of departed friends and loved ones for the purpose of helping bereaved family members. As a psychic medium, Aaron is often able to connect with departed friends and loved ones directly. Through his work, Aaron regularly assists others with their grief relating to the passing of friends and family members and sometimes immediately following a loss.

     There is an enormous amount of pain and grief that people feel when they lose someone very close to them, and these feelings don't have to be kept inside. Aaron feels that his ability as a psychic medium to connect with departed friends and loved ones and help bridge the gap from the other side is a tremendous blessing because it can and often does provide profound personal healing for people. If you are interested in getting a Channeled Reading from Aaron because of his ability to connect with departed friends and loved ones, Aaron will be happy to offer this to you as part of or for the duration of a reading.

     Often referred to as our guardian angels, everyone has at least two spirit guides, sometimes more, who are with them for a lifetime. Our guides are heavenly beings or spirits from the light who are here to encourage and support us and guide us in our spiritual progress. They will always have our very best interests as their goal and have the utmost love and respect for us. Occasionally, a departed friend or loved one may choose to serve as one of our guides for the remainder of our physical lifetime.

     When Aaron gives a Channeled Reading, the information he receives may come from his spirit guides who in turn receive information from your spirit guides. It may come directly from your spirit guides, your departed friends or loved ones, or even God or your higher self on a soul level. It also may come from angels or even higher level beings.

     The information that comes through in a Channeled Reading tends to be what people seem to need the most or find the most useful at any given time. Our guides are very good at directing this information because it is what they do. Often, they have been trying to get certain messages across to us for some time.

     However, our guides will try to respect your privacy and personal boundaries and may not go into certain areas until they are asked to by you. This is where preparing your questions comes in. While it may be helpful to formulate questions that you would like to ask coming into a Channeled Reading, it is by no means necessary because your spirit guides or guardian angels will provide you with the information that is important for you to hear at the time of your reading regardless. However, you can get the most out of a Channeled Reading by coming prepared with a few questions, which you will have an opportunity to ask during the reading. Preparing your questions will help you focus in on your issues and in the process let your guides know what is most important to you at this time in your life. The questions that you may have or prepare coming into a Channeled Reading with Aaron will often be answered during the course of the reading without even needing to be asked. So, in general, most people will wait to see what information comes up first before asking their questions.

     With respect to Aaron's ability to connect with departed friends and loved ones, the way in which they will enter into a Channeled Reading will vary depending on the personality of the departed friend or loved one. Sometimes they will come right into the Channeled Reading and begin relaying messages at the most appropriate time, and other times they will wait until they are invited to come in. If you are wanting Aaron to connect with one or more departed friends or loved ones who have not come into the Channeled Reading on their own accord, please state at a point in your reading when you are ready, "I would like you to try to connect with (person's name or relationship to you)." Aaron cannot guarantee that he will be able to connect with a particular departed friend or loved one or that it will be the right time for the connection to take place. However, he will try if you ask him to, and the vast majority of the time, he will be able to connect with the particular departed friends and loved ones of yours with whom you are wanting him to connect.

     In addition to preparing a few questions, you may also want to say some prayers or spend some time in quiet meditation prior to your Channeled Reading in which you reflect upon what you would like to receive from your reading. This process of quieting your mind and going within will help prepare you to be most open and ready for the information as it is needing to come through. Just as with preparing your questions, spending time in prayer or quiet meditation also can help your spirit guides and guardian angels determine the best ways to help you during your Channeled Reading.

     Again, however, these suggestions are by no means necessary in order for you to receive a Channeled Reading, especially if you are feeling a lot of stress or tension in your life. If this is the case with you, then, in all likelihood, the information that will come through will be aimed to directly assist you in that way. If you are feeling a great deal of stress, you may want to consider combining a Channeled Reading with a Psychic Energetic Healing Session in the form of one of Aaron's Intensive Healing Sessions, because of their powerful ability to relieve stress and tension in one's life and move one forward.

     Yes, this is possible. There are a few things that you may want to be aware of. First of all, one of the most obvious ways to block the information you are meant to hear from coming through in a Channeled Reading is by not carrying through with your appointment in the first place. This typically occurs whenever someone initially feels strongly enough to schedule an appointment with Aaron. Then, because of second thoughts or not yet feeling ready, the person decides to put off the appointment for one reason or another. Depending upon the extent of his or her lack of readiness, this delay will sometimes be indefinite.

     You should be aware that when feelings of lack of readiness arise, they typically come from the ego, or your center of doubt, and not from your higher place of truth. It is your higher place of truth, i.e., your inner knowing, still small voice within, or your own connection to God and your spirit guides and guardian angels, who initially compel you to seek out an appointment with a spiritual medium. This happens when your higher self on a soul level knows that you stand to benefit greatly in your personal and spiritual healing and growth. On the other hand, your ego, or center of doubt, resists the change and hence the feelings of uncertainty and desire to put off your appointment before you even see it carried through. One's self can sometimes be one's own worst enemy.

     If you think you may be feeling uncertain about following through with an appointment, remember that the overall reason or greater purpose behind your feeling compelled to initially set up an appointment is invariably due to come through at the time of your session. And, you would not be reading this now if you did not feel a compelling interest by your higher place of truth to seek out Aaron for his services because you stand to benefit greatly in your personal and spiritual healing and growth. So, why not carry through with your appointment to see for yourself what is meant to come out of your session? You only stand to gain but have more to miss out on than what you currently realize.

     Another case in which the information may be inadvertently blocked from coming through is when one comes into a reading doubting about the authenticity of the abilities of the psychic or psychic phenomenon in general. This is typically due to one's own skepticism or personal lack of faith in God. If you think this may be the case with you, then you will come into a reading in the mindset of withholding information out of not wanting to reveal anything that supposedly, again from your ego, or center of doubt, would otherwise provide a so-called "lead" for Aaron. This is the standard thinking among skeptics, or those lacking in their own faith, for instance. They doubt whether it is possible that God may talk and work through all of us in our lives for the higher good of one another and our world. Those who doubt authentic psychic abilities or question their own connection to God will often dismiss psychics as asking leading questions who simply supply general information or advice that would apply in just about any situation or with most people.

     Since most people will naturally have at least some doubts about receiving information from a psychic for the first time, if you are feeling this coming into a Channeled Reading, it is okay. A little bit of skepticism is even somewhat healthy and a good thing! However, you should be aware that regardless of your level of skepticism, the information will have to be validated as being correct or not as it is coming through in order for your reading to progress through its natural course.

     For instance, if you are in the mindset of withholding information and do not confirm for Aaron whether or not something is the case, then your guides may look at your withholding information as that they have not yet convinced you with whatever they are trying to say. So, they may continue talking about the same thing in other words or in more depth until such time as you acknowledge what they are saying as being true or they are satisfied that they have made their point and gotten across what they needed to. Thus, if you do not validate the information as it is coming through to confirm that your reading is going along the right track, one of Aaron's spirit guides may ask you directly whether something that is coming from your spirit guides or guardian angels is correct through Aaron or determine it is best to move onto another topic to facilitate the reading through its natural progression.

     Although Aaron will encourage you not to reveal too much information to him prior to beginning your Channeled Reading so that you will not later have more reason to doubt what took place, it is a completely false and misinformed way of thinking that one needs to withhold information during a reading and say the least amount possible. This is because anything that is said before or during a Channeled Reading will be backed by information that was not otherwise revealed or offered already to stand behind what is being said. More often than not, deliberately withholding as much information as possible will only lead to an expenditure of extra energy on your part and in the wrong direction as the Channeled Reading is prevented from gaining much ground in the ways described above. So, it is always better to confirm the information as it is coming through, if anything with a simple nod or yes or no, in order to validate for Aaron and his guides, the accuracy of the information as it is coming through so that the Channeled Reading can flow most efficiently.

     You should also be aware that acknowledging certain messages as they are coming through sometimes comes down to a matter of semantics as the messages work through the personality of the psychic. Our spiritual guides or guardian angels know this and accept this as a limitation because there is currently no other way for them to express themselves thus far except through us and our own individual frame of reference. It is the case with every other trance medium or channel as well that regardless of how conscious or unconscious one channels, the messages still have to filter through the personality of the psychic. Language can actually be very limited at times in that there are only so many ways that one can put into words certain thoughts. Thus, the way that Aaron may describe something to you may be slightly different or in different words from the way that you might describe something. You may believe or think that something is inaccurate, for instance, and yet it is because you do not agree with the choice of words that are used or the way that the information is described, rather than the thoughts themselves behind the information.

     The way that you can account for the occassional limitation of language is by playing a more active role in your reading. For instance, if something is said during a Channeled Reading that does not fit or feel right with you at the moment, then let it be known at the time. That way, by acknowledging your feelings, Aaron's spirit guides will know to say the information in a different way that it does make sense to you or possibly be given more information from your own spirit guides or guardian angles in order for you to understand it in the ways intended. Otherwise, if you remain quiet during your reading, it may be assumed that you are in agreement or at least understanding everything that is being said. So, by not speaking up about your own lack of understanding when you feel confused or puzzled, you may inadvertently block your own comprehension of the messages as they are coming through.

     You also may want to keep in mind that when you ask questions during a Channeled Reading, you are naturally inviting more information by taking a stance of receiving by giving permission for certain information to be brought through. For instance, sometimes when you want to gain some insight into something or some area in particular but do not ever ask a question about it, your guides may assume that you do not want to hear about that or may talk about other things with you instead. Keep in mind, that the information that our spirit guides or guardian angels know about us can fill volumes of books, and sometimes it is best to help them hone in on exactly what you want them to talk with you about. Oftentimes they will invariably know, especially if you have prayed or prepared your questions prior to coming into your reading as we suggest that you do. However, it is not always the case that they will know everything that you are wanting to get out of your reading. So, as part of the process in a Channeled Reading, it is sometimes better to take an active role in how you want your reading to progress rather than a completely passive stance. If you really do not care about whatever information they may want to bring through to help you out, however, then this is not necessary. In most cases this will invariably occur at least some anyway because your spirit guides or guardian angels know what is in your best interest to hear.

     There is also the situation in which one may be scared or nervous coming into a Channeled Reading. When this happens, you may have difficulty thinking on the spot or playing an active role in your reading because of your own hesitation. If you think this may be the case with you coming into your reading, for whatever reason, then you will want to reassure yourself that you will be just fine and that your reading will progress very well. Believe it or not, the process of receiving a Channeled Reading is very gentle and can best be thought of as having a conversation with a really good friend who knows you very well. Also, keep in mind that whatever is meant to be said will come through in such as way as to not overwhelm or burden you. The entire session is mediated by God or Spirit, and so nothing is going to come through that you are not yet ready or meant to hear. By contrast, you will only hear what you are ready for and needing to hear at any given time.

     If it happens that you are unsure of a particular message as it is coming through because of your own hesitation or nervousness, then your guides will recognize it as such and continue along with whatever they are needing to say anyway. They will know, for instance, when you still receive the information that you were needing to with respect to a particular message they had to give you. As long as you allow Aaron to make a tape recording of your session as he highly recommends, then you will have the tape to go back and listen to your reading again to fill in the missing gaps in what you did not understand the first time and interpret what you need to get out of your session.

     In short, it is best to come into a Channeled Reading somewhat relaxed and open to whatever information is needing to come through and being ready to play a somewhat active role as it is proceeding in confirming the information as it is coming through and directing how you want your reading to proceed by asking questions when you feel the inclination to do so.

     Keep in mind that with the spirit world, we are dealing with beings whose intelligence are vastly greater than our own by virtue of them not being in the human condition. Thus, the very best mindset that we can have coming into a Channeled Reading is simply to ALLOW, and TRUST that everything that is said and comes up is for a higher reason and purpose. Then, you can later spend time on your own sorting through all of what was said in your own mind and figuring out how you want it to apply to your life. In that way, your Channeled Reading will flow most effortlessly and efficiently and you will be most likely to get out of your time with Aaron everything that you really and truly need.

     These are very good questions to address. While channeling can be very powerful, it is not a perfect transmission, and we would discourage you from believing or following everything you hear from any psychic on blind faith. Channeling is an interpretive craft and just as any other professional out there, Aaron by no means claims to be perfect at what he does or 100% accurate all of the time.

     Psychics are no different from any other profession in that there are varying degrees of skills or talents possessed by those in the field. If anything, there is even a larger variation in this field because it is largely unregulated as a whole. Because it does involve interpretation, we are not beyond making mistakes of our own sometimes as we develop and refine our skills even further. In fact, we would highly caution you about, or suggest you avoid outright, those who make outlandish claims to be perfect or 100% accurate all of the time or make any particular promises to you that typically go along with inflated fees they may want to charge you, especially over the Internet.

     However, that being said, if you find yourself in doubt about whether a particular message is accurate, keep in mind that the aim of the session is to provide encouragement, support, and guidance in your life and in your own connection and relationship with God. Just as you would not blindly follow or unquestionably believe the advice of a good friend of yours, so too should it be the same with respect to following or believing the advice of a psychic. In other words, remember that the aim of a Channeled Reading is to offer you assistance and healing.

     Also, remember that our spirit guides or guardian angels are highly intelligent beings who know us extremely well and often better than we even know ourselves. They will always have our very best interests as their goal and have the utmost love and respect for us. Part of the process of personal and spiritual growth and healing is that it is sometimes necessary to be gently moved forward in places or ways in which we have felt stuck or have been held back from fulfilling our divine life purpose for one reason or another. And, our spirit guides or guardian angels have a multitude of techniques and methods to achieve this means in order to help move us forward. It is rare but, every now and then, it just so happens that they may actually tell us the complete opposite of what they want us to follow or believe because they know that it will be in our best interest at the time or eventually have the opposite effect and move us further in the right direction. In the field of psychology, there is a term for this known as "reverse psychology".

     Basically, we would encourage you to use your own discernment when deciding whether a particular message rings true to you and how you want it to apply to your life. In that way, for instance, even if you should feel a particular message to be inaccurate, whether it is a mistake or intentional, and you should decide to believe or follow the complete opposite, then the Channeled Reading has still assisted you in helping you to reach that point in your awareness to move you forward. Thus, the reading has accomplished its goal. So, in other words, see how the particular messages feel in your own heart and let that be your true guide. It all comes down to you.

     This too is a very good question to address. The answer is most certainly YES! There are several reasons why this may be the case.

     Part of our life purpose is to learn certain lessons that we have been sent here to learn, some of which can be very hard for us to understand and take many years for us to fully grasp. Our spirit guides or guardian angels, out of their utmost love and respect for us, will be very careful not to share or reveal certain information to us that would otherwise keep us from learning the lessons we are meant to learn. In fact, they are forbidden from doing so.

     There are no coincidences in our life. For everything and everyone in our life at any given time, there is a higher purpose and meaning behind it. As directed by God and your higher self on a soul level, there are many situations and instances that have been set up on purpose for your own higher learning and divine life purpose. If our guides were to supply all of the answers to us that we are looking for or wanting at a time, then other situations or instances may have to be orchestrated so that we may still learn the lessons we are meant to learn in other ways. Contrary to popular belief, just because you are psychic, does not mean that your life is any easier than others!

     Another reason in which the answer you are really wanting may not be provided to you is that we have free will. In other words, we are sometimes meant to make certain decisions that are purposefully left up to us to make as part of the lessons we are meant to learn.

     Our spirit guides or guardian angels operate from a dimension outside of our current construct of time and space. When they look at our life from their vantage point, they are able to see which particular events, situations, and decisions are to be played out as part of our destiny. They also see which ones are left up to us to make as part of our free will, and they may see these as forks in a road with various outcomes or scenarios branching off of it. While you may ask them particular questions regarding decisions you are trying to make, they may not be able to tell you what you will be deciding or that this or that will definitely play out in situations in which you have yet to make that choice. Why? Because the decisions are still up to you to make.

     Furthermore, sometimes there are situations involving others in which certain information may not be revealed to you because it would be ethically inappropriate for our spirit guides or guardian angels to do so. For example, permission may not be granted from the other person or persons involved from their higher selves on a soul level. This is yet another reason why a certain answer or specific information you are wanting may not be provided to you.

     While you are welcome to ask whatever questions you would like to ask throughout a Channeled Reading (and we would encourage you to do so), whenever a situation arises in which certain information cannot be revealed, you simply will be informed of it as such and provided with the reason. In this case, given the dynamics of channeling, the information also will not be given to Aaron because he is simply the messenger, or go-between for you and the spirit world, and would otherwise channel the information to you.

     Contrary to what you may believe or be misinformed about the process of seeing a psychic, just because you seek the assistance of a professional psychic, does not mean that all of the answers to your problems are going to be resolved or answered for you overnight as you would like. And, when they are not, it is NOT necessarily a reflection upon the abilities or talents of the psychic. However, if this is your belief, it will be your natural tendency to think of it as so!

     In conclusion, if you are coming into a Channeled Reading in which you are struggling heavily with a particularly difficult situation or decision that you want to see resolved, you should be full aware ahead of time that the specific answer that you are looking for may not be given to you. For instance, particularly difficult situations which people often struggle with that may not be directly answered include wanting to know if a specific person of interest or relationship or business venture or any other major life decision is, or is not, right for you.

     However, it also is possible that all of the questions you may ask in a Channeled Reading will be answered for you. The way that all of this will play out in a Channeled Reading varies with each person depending upon the particular spiritual lessons that need to be learned or decisions that need to be made as directed by God and your higher self on a soul level. For instance, one person may ask a specific question in a Channeled Reading and be given 20 minutes of information answering the question. But then, others may ask the same question and be told that the information cannot be revealed to them and explained why. Then the discussion will move to talking about the question from a different perspective. Thus, there are really no hard and fast rules about any particular types of information or any particular questions.

     At the same time, even though our guides may not be able to reveal certain things to us or specific information we may want to know in certain situations, they will still be able to help us out and offer assistance with whatever it is we are struggling with. For instance, while they may be unable to tell you how a particular decision will play out, they may discuss the likely scenarios or possible outcomes that they see or the events leading up to the present to help you better understand where you are at now. Or they may discuss with you why it is so difficult for you to make a certain decision or how you may be able to reach the resolution or find the answer you are looking for. They may proceed to tell you whatever it is that you really need to know from a completely different angle or perspective than what you had imagined. In these ways, your spirit guides or guardian angels will still give you what you are needing to move forward in your life personally and spiritually.

     It also is important for you to keep in mind that what you may think you are needing when you seek out the assistance of a psychic and what you really and truly need are not always the same thing. It is because of this that sometimes you may be told something with which you are uncomfortable or did not expect or want to hear coming into a Channeled Reading, but is important for your personal and spiritual healing and growth to hear it nonetheless. Contrary to what you may think, psychics are not simply reading your mind!

     Certainly. Receiving spiritual guidance from angels or other messengers of God has been around since the beginning of time and spans virtually all cultures and religious traditions. The abilities of the prophets described throughout the Bible to hear voices, see visions, and sense spirits and God are the same abilities as that of modern day psychics.

     The Bible talks about the spiritual gifts, including that of wisdom and faith, the ability to heal and work miracles, and the ability to prophecy and discern spirits as all being gifts given to us from God (1 Corinthians 12). In short, Aaron is doing God's work and his gifts come from God and a caring and humble heart. Subsequently, God protects and watches over his sessions while he is doing this work.

     Many people have asked Aaron if he has a suggested time frame between his sessions, and his response is always that it depends upon you. Aaron gives Channeled Readings, Psychic Energetic Healing Sessions, and Intensive Healing Sessions for many different people from many different walks of life for many different reasons. There are some people for whom it would be beneficial to have a Channeled Reading, Psychic Energetic Healing Session, or Intensive Healing Session once every year or even once every five years. There are others, however, for whom it would be more beneficial to have a session once every couple of months or even every couple of weeks. For instance, they may have a strong need or desire for personal and spiritual healing and growth at this time in their life. Aaron sometimes will even give sessions for people once a week or more if they are going through a major crisis such as a divorce or loss of a family member or other kinds of major emotional, psychological, or physical upheaval or trauma in their lives.

     Depending upon your own situation or circumstances, we would really encourage you to look within yourself, pray or reflect upon what feels right for you at the time, and then base your decision upon your own discernment or inner guidance. It is difficult at best for Aaron to say definitively one way or another because the answer varies so greatly depending upon the individual who is asking it and the reasons behind their seeking Aaron out, and that may change depending upon whatever you may be working on at any given time.

     We will try our best to explain the answer to this question as it has been explained to Aaron from his spirit guides who assist him directly through his work for others. There is a natural course of progress that Aaron's spirit guides, in conjunction with your own guides, will assist you along when you become a regular client. Everyone who seeks out the assistance of Aaron will naturally fall at any given point along this spiritual continuum at any given time. In some cases, one may be at different places along the continuum working on different things at the same time. In other words, it is not necessary to be at any given point in your personal and spiritual development in order to begin receiving benefits from Aaron's sessions on a regular basis and continue to progress along the continuum and fulfill your divine life purpose with greater ease and grace. Let us elaborate further on this spiritual continuum of which we speak.

     Many people who seek out Aaron's services for the first time will have immediate concerns that they are having or day-to-day issues which are holding them back and keeping them from moving forward in their life in various ways. For instance, you may have difficulties with your relationships, family or career matters, or other unresolved situations, events, decisions, or issues that are confusing you or creating physical, mental, emotional, and/or spiritual stress or tension in your life. However, these concerns will always be talked about, addressed, and discussed in your sessions with Aaron within a larger spiritual context in your life.

     Then, gradually as people begin to see their concerns and issues resolved and the direct tangible benefits they have received from seeking out Aaron, at some point they will naturally begin to take a more active interest and role in how they can work on developing their own intuitive and psychic abilities. By extension, this also will naturally include establishing and building upon your own connection and relationship with God and your spirit guides and departed friends and love ones for your direct personal benefit and that of others in your life. There are a great many benefits and ways (too numerous to list here) in which developing your own natural intuitive and psychic abilities and relationship to God and those in the spirit world can benefit you as you progress through your life and fulfill your divine life purpose. More often then not, this is a very gradual transition that will vary from individual to individual as you feel ready and interested to pursue. For some, it may be a few minutes into your first session with Aaron. For others, however, it may be after many years of working through some of your major life concerns, issues, or challenges that you will feel ready.

     As you begin to feel ready, your higher self on a soul level, and in conjunction with your spirit guides or guardian angels, will begin to work more directly and specifically on your direct relationship and connection with God. This will occur in such a way as to bring about your greatest personal and spiritual healing and growth on all levels of the mind, body, and soul of which your natural intuitive and psychic abilities will flow out of. Keep in mind that psychic abilities and spiritual gifts are an inherent birthright naturally available to us all, but they are also gifts that are given to us directly by God or Spirit to assist ourselves and others along their path as we gradually awaken and evolve as individuals and as a society.      Upon the final stage in your spiritual evolution and development, you will know and realize your full divine life purpose and potential as a spirit living in a physical existence and you will experience what western religions sometimes refers to as living heaven on earth or what the eastern religions refer to as enlightenment. This is the stage in your spiritual development when you will maintain a constant and direct connection with God and those in the spirit world able to truly live and see in both worlds at once. Often referred to as the Oneness, you will see all, know all, and be one with all as you realize that you are a perfect individual expression of God in all that you do and all that you are. You will have all of the spiritual gifts the Bible talks about relating to Jesus in 1 Corinthians 12, including that of "wisdom, faith, the ability to heal and work miracles, the ability to prophecy and discern spirits" and all of the spiritual gifts given to one by God. This is the path and stage that Jesus arose to along with the other major spiritual leaders of our time, such as Gandhi, Buddha, and Mohammad. This is the stage which even the Christian Bible claims we all should aspire toward.      Again, it is not necessary to be at any given point in your personal and spiritual development in order to begin receiving benefits from Aaron's sessions on a regular basis.      Yes, of course. It is your divine life birthright. In fact, you are already psychic. You just haven't yet realized your abilities for what they are and what you are fully capable of.      Developing psychic abilities and spiritual gifts is directly related to and stems out of one's relationship with God. For example, one may be simultaneously grieving over the loss of a loved one while at the same time angry at God for having taken that person from his or her life. This is only one example as there are many different ways and reasons in which people may make a conscious or unconscious decision to shut God out of their life at various times. Unfortunately, however, this shutting out will persist until these mental and energetic blocks are actively removed.

     Many people in our world today struggle with having a personal relationship with God or Spirit in their lives. We must realize that our relationship with God, just like any other relationship, is a two-way process. Whether you choose to think of God as the Supreme Being, our Creator, the Oneness, a universal life-force of energy, Jesus, or even your own higher self, makes little difference because all of this is true and it simply comes down to a matter of personal preference.      On an energetic level, the process of developing psychically may mean going into the very things in your life that you have not wanted to face but have been an impediment in your personal and spiritual healing and growth nonetheless. Our energetic blocks that we need to be healed of in order to move forward are often wrought with negative, painful, and repressed memories, emotions, thoughts, feelings, and fears that can go way back, even to our childhood and sometimes even before we came into this lifetime. However, all of these uncomfortable or painful thoughts and feelings will have to surface from the subconscious to give you a chance to work through them and let go of them. We will not sugarcoat this stage in one's development and say that it will be an easy one for you because it may not be.
